The company is led by partners José Saldanha Matos and Filipa Santos Ferreira, both Professors at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. HIDRA employs a team of highly qualified professionals, 100% holding a university degree, with 30% having advanced qualifications (postgraduate or doctoral degrees) in the fields of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture.
